Website and services

We provide title and ownership research, heir and estate research, and curative coordination. Website content is general information, not legal advice or a title opinion. Research findings and next steps depend on each property’s records and circumstances. Visiting this website or contacting us does not create a professional engagement or guarantee an outcome. Any engagement is subject to separately agreed terms.

SMS communications

If you consent to receive text messages from Fair Title Solutions LLC, messages may concern the property or title-research matter you agreed to discuss, requests for relevant information, scheduling calls, and document or curative coordination. Messages must stay within the purpose of your consent.

Consent and frequency

Text messaging is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in recurring text messages. Message frequency varies with the conversation and property matter. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received; contact your wireless provider about your plan.
